The appreciation of cocoa native to the Amazon and the involvement of agro-extractivist riverside communities in the chocolate production chain are strong points of Na Floresta, a company with a social and environmental impact whose main product – Na'kau chocolate – is already well known.
The company was created in 2013 with the spirit of conserving the forest and bringing economic sustainability to its people through the supply of ethical and wholesome food.
It provides income and better quality of life for riverside families and conserves the forest.
More than 3,000 hectares of directly conserved forest and increased income for the families involved. Producers are located on the Madeira and Amazon rivers.
Chocolates are sold in 14 Brazilian states, 5 countries and 200 points of sale.
