Participants in the PPA Acceleration Program have a full schedule in the first semester

Entrepreneurs participating in the PPA Acceleration Program have participated in a number of events and interviews over the past few months, including fairs, exhibitions, parties, awards and international events.

In May, a maniac was announced among the three finalists of the National Innovation Award, held by the National Confederation of Industries. Among 1,746 companies across the country, only 26 were selected as finalists in different categories. Manioca was a finalist in three categories: marketing, product and innovation management.

THE Açaí Ecopanels participated in the Green Rio 2019, one of the most important bioeconomy events in Brazil, with the presentation of Pitch. 

THE CoopMel participated in the Festa do Trabalhador and the 2nd Honey Fair and Agricultural Fair, in Boa Vista do Ramos. In all, 500 local producers exhibited their products during the four-day event.

In Bethlehem, the Mendes chocolates participated in the Mini Festival Chocolates e Joias da Amazônia, at Polo Joalheiro, with exhibitions of products from regional companies. The event was promoted by the state government with support from the Amazon Gem and Jewelry Institute (Igama), the Brazilian Micro and Small Business Support Service (Sebrae) and the Pará Economic Development Company (Codec). In July another edition of the event was held, also with the presence of Chocolates De Mendes.

THE 100% Amazon participated in the Thaifex, Asia's leading international trade fair for food and beverage, food service technology, retail and franchise. The event, held in Bankoc, seeks to establish new business networks and had more than 62,000 visitors.

In June, a Awi Superfoods participated in the Bio Brazil Fair/ Biofach Latin America, main business event in the sector in Latin America. Held in São Paulo, in its 15th edition, the Fair brought together 672 exhibitors, being considered the main platform for launches and trends in the area of certified organic products. The event was visited by thousands of buyers and professionals. 

THE Manaós Tech it was one of the 35 startups, among 364 entries, chosen in Brazil to participate in the program Brazil Accelerate 2030, a global initiative by the Impact Hub and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) aimed at boosting businesses with a socio-environmental impact that are in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

 Manaós Tech, Onisafra and Da Tribu were finalists in Red Bull Amaphiko, Red Bull's global program that supports the development of people who are proposing solutions to social challenges. Da Tribu was selected to participate in the program.

THE Manaós Tech, also in June, he started to draw a partnership with the Board of Education and Research of Fundação Hospital Adriano Jorge, in Manaus, and soon should sign a cooperation agreement in the interface between health and technology. THE startup it was also the cover of the newspaper Diário do Amazonas, with an approach to how robotics inserts children into the high tech world, and an article in Amazon Network and in the SBT.

The company 100% Amazônia participated in the 2nd Seminar on the economy of açaí in the Amazon, setting the table on Difficulties, Limits and Potential of the market, at the Federal University of Paré. And completed ten years of acting at the end of the month. 

of the Tribu and Vegetable Stuffed participated in the project Inspiramais Connection, which offers exhibiting companies curation for the creation and development of innovative materials in design and technology. The project is part of the Salão Inspiramais, the only design and material innovation event in Latin America. Held in São Paulo twice a year, it brings together more than 150 exhibitors from different parts of the country and has the presence of 7,000 visitors from the fashion sector, including national and international buyers from all over the world. 

The products of rubberized were featured in the networks of BemGlo, a store owned by the actress Glória Pires focused on sustainable products, and are now sold in the brand's physical store, located on Rua Oscar Freire, in São Paulo. Also in June, he participated in the State Week of Science, Technology, Innovation and Development, promoted by the Government of Pará, Sebrae, Guamá Science and Technology Park and the Legislative Assembly, integrating the table Social technologies as public policies for the sustainable development of the State of Pará. 

THE Peabiru Forest Products participated in the 26th edition of Circular Campina Cidade Velha, circuit that involves cultural spaces in the historic center of the city of Belém (PA). In the Peabiru Produtos da Floresta space, a conversation was held about meliponiculture and also a tasting of recipes created with the ingredients of the Amazonian socio-biodiversity available in the store. It also participated in the biodiversity fair during the event FloresTalks: Development + Forest, carried out by the Center for Advanced Amazon Studies at the Federal University of Pará, in Belém. maniac and 100% Amazon they also participated in FloresTalks, a kind of “forest TEDx”.

THE maniac integrated thematic table on the Amazon during the event Good Finances, held by Sitawi in São Paulo, where it also set up a stand with its products. Also participated in the event Business for the Earth, promoted by Conexsus in São Paulo with the objective of connecting companies, buyers and socio-environmental entrepreneurs to the products and services of traditional, indigenous and extractive populations, and the Ganepão, professional congress aimed at nutritionists, also in São Paulo.

At the beginning of the month of July, The Açaí Ecopanels is getting ready to visit the largest panel and equipment technology factory in the city of Krefeld, Germany, and also the Findhorn ecovillage, in Scotland, to learn about circular economy processes.

THE Partner Platform for the Amazon (PPA) it was created with the objective of leading the construction of innovative solutions for sustainable development in the Amazon with companies and the private sector, prioritizing investments in businesses with a social and environmental impact. In practice, PPA acts in the incubation and acceleration of entrepreneurs, in carrying out strategic studies to expand investments and through partnerships between companies, communities and governments.
