Seven businesses from the Partners for the Amazon Platform's Acceleration and Impact Investment Program portfolio receive working capital. The measure is part of the Program Emergency Plan for female entrepreneurs in the midst of the Covid-19 crisis.
This emergency working capital fund made contributions between R$ 16 thousand and R$ 20 thousand, as a donation, and invested R$ 136,500.00 in that first moment. The resource will support businesses in building stock and/or guaranteeing the purchase of rural and riverside communities, financing prevention projects for Covid-19, sales leverage, logistical support, completion of industrial processes, among others.
The businesses covered were: Cacauway, Chocolates De Mendes, Da Tribu, IOV (Instituto Ouro Verde), Ração Mais, Serras Guerreiras de Tapuruquara and Taberna da Amazônia.
The Program assesses the possibility of a second round of funding, depending on the availability of resources.
